Formed in 1978, New Edition was a massively successful R&B group. Unfortunately, artistic differences, and a focus on other projects by members of the group led to New Edition disbanding in 1989.
The group reunited a few times to collaborate on special projects, but did not reform until 2003 when they resumed touring and began work on a new album. Today, New Edition is actively touring and working to release a new album as well.
