Perry Farrell is an alternative rock musician and former frontman of Jane's Addiction. He began his music career as the lead singer of the gothic rock band Psi Com in 1984, moving on a year later to Jane's Addiction when Psi Com disbanded. Fueled by Perry Farrell's singing and manic dancing, the high energy shows of Jane's Addiction quickly became legendary in LA's alternative rock scene, and built the group a strong following.
In 1999, Perry Farrell released Song Yet To Be Sung, his debut solo album. He also continues performing with Jane's Addiction and at shows with The Satellite Party, a band/theatrical entity formed by Farrell which debuted in 2005.
