Todd Rundgren is a rock and pop musician, singer, songwriter and record producer. Rundgren began his career in Woody's Truck Stop, a Philadelphia-based group based on the model of Paul Butterfield Blues Band. However, he wanted to pursue a more pop/rock-oriented sound, and left the band to form the garage rock group The Nazz in 1967.After leaving The Nazz in 1969, Todd Rundgren began his solo career. During his solo career, he has released over a dozen albums, and has had 11 singles on the Hot 100 chart.
