Ticket Warehouse is a privately owned ticket broker located in, and licensed by, the State of New Jersey. We are not affiliated with any box office, venue or other ticket agency. Our tickets may be sold at above face value. Our prices reflect the cost and difficulty in obtaining premium seating. The price displayed on this web site may exceed the price listed on the ticket itself.

Posted Ticket Information

Event dates, times, venues and subject matter posted on this site and listed on the tickets are provided by the venue and event performer. This information is subject to change at the discretion of the event promoter, performer and venue. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the most recent changes. Please contact the box office or refer to local listings for any changes. Refunds may not be available in the event of such changes.

Ticket Availability Policies

Because of the large number of tickets we process, the online ordering function is not real time. There is a small chance that an ordered ticket may not be available when the order is processed. In this event, the customer will have the option of cancelling the order or selecting alternate tickets at current market price, if available. No credit card is charged until the ticket availability is confirmed.

Seating Charts and Maps

The seating charts shown on this site are based on the seating plans published by the event promoter, venue or original ticket seller. Seating arrangements may be altered by the venue to accomodate the needs of different events. The charts shown on this site are provided for reference only. The most current seating information can be found by contacting us directly.

For the convenience of our customers, local maps are provided in several areas on this site. The information in these maps is provided by Yahoo! and is made available for reference only. Ticket Warehouse assumes no responsibility for and makes no guarantee regareding the accuracy of this information.

Event Cancellation / Rescheduling

In rare cases, events may be cancelled or rescheduled by the artist, performer, promoter or venue. This may be due to inclement weather, illness of the performer, or other unforseen conditions. In these cases, ticket purchases will be refunded or exchanged in accordance with the policies of the original ticket seller. In most cases, full refunds or exchanges for alternate dates are available. In extremely rare cases, such as the US Open, refunds are not an option, even if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled after tickets have been shipped, shipping charges can not be refunded.

Please note that the dates and times for all events listed on this site are based on the information provided by the venue or event promoter, and are subject to change. These changes are beyond the control of Ticket Warehouse, and there are no refunds or exchanges for scheduling changes.

Shipping Policies

The tickets listed on our site are generally in stock, and available tickets will be shipped by the end of the next business day following an order. If tickets are ordered, but have not been released by the venue or promoter (as can happen when tickets are ordered several months before an event, for example), we will ship the tickets as soon as we receive them. All delivery times are determined by our delivery carrier (FedEx) and depend on availability and conditions in your delivery area. Shipping charges are not refundable once tickets have been shipped.

All orders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx will not deliver to a Post Office Box, so all customers must provide a physical street address. The customer is responsible for informing Ticket Warehouse of any changes in shipping address. A signature is required on all shipments.

Due to the time sensitive nature of the ticket resale industry, Ticket Warehouse has fulfilled its contractual duty when tickets are shipped to the address provided by the client. Ticket Warehouse is not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for the package being returned to sender due to the client not being available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. Ticket Warehouse will keep packages returned by Federal Express on hand for later re-delivery to the customer. Ticket Warehouse is not responsible for any customer caused delays in delivery after the order has been shipped.

In some cases, such as when an order placed on the same day as the event, an electronic copy of the tickets may be e-mailed. The availability of this option depends on the type of tickets, and is offered at our sole discretion. If tickets are e-mailed, the shipping costs will be refunded.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

All sales are final. There are no cancellations or refunds available unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the venue or promoter. If an event is rescheduled or cancelled, we will follow the policies of the venue and promoter. In most cases this will be a choice of either replacement tickets or refund of the purchase price. If a refund or exchange is authorized due to the cancellation or rescheduling of an event by the promoter, venue or performer, you may be required to return the original tickets to our office. In the event of a refund or cancellation, shipping charges will only be refunded if no inventory has been shipped.

Ticket Warehouse bears no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets. In the event your tickets are lost or stolen, we are unable to provide replacements or exchanges under any circumstances.

All customer information that is provided to Ticket Warehouse during a transaction is subject to our privacy policy.
