What are the fees for buying tickets, and what do they cover?

The total cost for your order, including any fees, is always shown before you place the order. The total amount of your order includes the full price of the tickets, plus any applicable shipping and handling charge. This shipping and handling charge covers the cost of delivery via FedEx, as well as use of our on-site tracking system which shows the status of your order and delivery.

What does it mean that my credit card is charged when the order is confirmed?

When you order tickets through Ticket Warehouse, your credit card is authorized (but not charged) to verify your order. We then manually confirm that the tickets you have ordered are available before charging your credit card. Inventory availability can change rapidly, and by manually confirming the availability of tickets we are able to provide a smoother ordering experience for all of our customers.

What if the tickets I order are no longer available?

If we are unable to secure the seats that you have ordered, you will be contacted immediately, and will have the option of selecting equivalent seats for the same price, if available, or we will work with you to find alternative seats to the event. You will also have the option of cancelling the order.

Where are my tickets?

Generally, all tickets listed on this site are available for immediate delivery, and should arrive within four business days of the order, unless otherwise noted. Please be aware, this only applies to orders being shipped within the United States. The status of an order can be tracked at any time by visiting our order status page. Is it legal to purchase tickets through Ticket Warehouse?

Yes. Ticket Warehouse is a fully licensed ticket broker in the State of New Jersey. Although laws regarding the resale of event tickets vary from state to state, we work hard to ensure that we meet the state and local requirements related to ticket sales. We also strictly adhere to the industry standards as set forth by the National Association of Ticket Brokers.

Is it safe to order tickets online from ticketwarehouse.com?
